Shoulder Care: Initial Evaluation

Injury or arthritic conditions can cause extreme pain and loss of motion in your shoulder. Our experienced shoulder surgeons can quickly diagnose the root cause and work with you on a treatment plan. This visit includes a history and physical exam, x-ray if needed, and a plan to get you feeling better. Conditions evaluated include arthritis, tendonitis, rotator cuff tear, labral tear, dislocation, and other conditions. This package does not include fracture care, surgical treatments, MRI, physical therapy or orthopedic bracing. This is a SINGLE VISIT PACKAGE, and does not include follow up visits or any additional testing. Follow up visits and other services can be purchased separately if needed.
