Second Opinion Package

Have you seen a doctor outside of TOC but you are unsure about the right approach to your healthcare? A second opinion is often helpful and includes a comprehensive visit with the doctor as well as a review of pertinent medical records and imaging studies (MRI and X-rays). Our physician will provide you written documentation of his/her opinion of the best course of treatment to address your condition. You will need to provide records and images of all previous treatment prior to the visit so the physician has time to review. This second opinion evaluation does not include taking over that treatment. Should you and the physician mutually agree to transitioning your care to our practice, a follow-up visit will need to be purchased. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS SERVICE FOR A SECOND OPINION ABOUT A SURGERY PERFORMED WITHIN THE PREVIOUS 12 MONTHS OR FOR WORKERS’ COMPENSATION CASES.
