This is a SINGLE VISIT and does not include follow up visits or any additional testing however, our team will assist you in scheduling a follow up visit with one of our Orthopedic physicians if needed. This package does not include fracture care, surgical treatments, MRI, physical therapy or orthopedic bracing.
