Physical Therapy – Follow Up Visit

This package is only for patients who have already been to see one of our TOC therapists for an initial visit but would like to now schedule a follow up visit. Please note that this should be with the same therapist for the same issue as your initial visit. While our therapists do their best to treat your problem on your first visit additional treatments are often needed. This package is for follow up care of your problem that is generally less complex than your initial evaluation. PURCHASE THIS PACKAGE ONLY IF YOU HAVE ALREADY SEEN THIS THERAPIST FOR THE SAME PROBLEM AND NEED FOLLOW UP CARE.
