Hip Care: Initial Evaluation

Hip pain can limit your mobility and keep you from living the life you want. We have an exceptional team of Hip surgeons who can help with a proper diagnosis and ensure you are on the correct treatment path. This visit includes a history and physical exam, x-ray if needed, and a plan to get you feeling better. Conditions evaluated include hip arthritis, bursitis, labral tear and other conditions. This package does not include fracture care, surgical treatments, MRI, physical therapy or orthopaedic bracing. This is a SINGLE VISIT PACKAGE, and does not include follow up visits or any additional testing. Follow up visits and other services can be purchased separately if needed.
