Has your foot and/ or ankle been painful, injured and keeping you from the things you enjoy doing? Have your problem evaluated for a fair price. Conditions evaluated include tendon tear, sprain, bunion, plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendon, and other conditions. This package includes a history and physical exam, x-ray of one body part if needed, and a plan to get you feeling better. This package does not include fracture care, surgical treatments, MRI, physical therapy or orthopedic bracing. This is a SINGLE VISIT PACKAGE, and does not include follow up visits or any additional testing. Follow up visits and other services can be purchased separately if needed.
