Back and Neck Pain can keep you from doing what you love. Our Spine team can help diagnose the root cause of the issue and work with you on a treatment plan. Conditions commonly treated include sciatica, stenosis, disc herniation, arthritis, back pain, strain and other conditions. This package does not include fracture care, surgical treatments, MRI, physical therapy or orthopedic bracing. This is a SINGLE VISIT PACKAGE, and does not include follow up visits or any additional testing. Follow up visits and other services can be purchased separately if needed.
