Add On: Simple Fracture Package

This package is for patients who have purchased an initial evaluation from one of our providers and are diagnosed with a simple non-displaced fracture. Non Displaced means that you have a broken bone but it has retained proper alignment. Included in this package is an initial x-ray, casting and one follow-up visit with an x-ray and re-casting if needed. Purchase this package only if a provider from our practice has ordered it.
